    Choosing the Right Sports Shoes

    • Cushioning: This helps absorb shock from running and prevents its continuous supply to joints.
    • Support: Arch and heel support should be correct to keep poise right.

    How to start working on a Treadmill?

    Get familiar with the treadmill before starting your exercise. This includes knowing the controls available, the start/stop button, and how to adjust the speed and inclination settings. Remembering how to stop a treadmill quickly may be beneficial in avoiding an accident.
